How it works
From conversation to follow-through
Install it once, and every call you run can end with notes worth keeping.
Open it beside your call
The app sits next to Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or Webex. Let people know it is taking notes, and start.
Stay in the conversation
No tabbing away to type. Verve AI follows the discussion while you stay present in it.
Leave with the follow-through
A summary, the decisions, who owns what, and the next steps — ready before your next meeting starts.
FAQ
Questions about Verve AI for Windows?
What is the Verve AI Windows app?
A native Windows app that runs beside your meetings and practice sessions and turns each one into a summary, the decisions reached, action items with owners, and follow-up points.
Which Windows versions are supported?
The app is built for modern Windows PCs and supports current releases of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Windows warned me about the installer. Is that expected?
Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt the first time a newly published installer runs. Confirm the file came from download.vervecopilot.com, then continue. If it came from anywhere else, delete it and download again from this page.
What permissions will Windows ask for?
Windows asks for microphone access so the app can work with a permitted meeting, and the installer requests standard permission to install the application. You can review or revoke microphone access in Settings → Privacy & security.
What should I do before capturing a meeting on my PC?
Disclose recording or AI-assisted transcription before it begins and obtain consent wherever required by law, workplace policy, or platform rules. If someone objects, do not start—or immediately stop—capture.
